May 30, 2018

Happy Wednesday friends! I am excited to link up with MelShaeffer, and Shay for the "What's Up Wednesday" Link up! This year has flown by and I haven't had a chance to join in yet so I am excited to do so today! It has been so fun to connect with so many other ladies who are doing this each month over the last couple of years and I am looking forward to connecting more in 2018.

Here are all of the "What's up Wednesday" posts from 2017:

And here are all of my "What's up Wednesday" posts from 2016:

If you would like to join in and have a blog, just answer the questions above!

What We're Eating this Week...
Dandelions. And more Dandelions.

While I work hard to get lots of greens into me I have been striving to get more dandelions into me during this treatment round. Dandelions are an easy and effective way to gently detox (in addition to other health benefits which you can read about HERE) and are a great immune booster during treatment rounds. With the taste some people struggle to get dandelions into their system, but in this post HERE I share 9 quick and easy ways to get dandelions into your body.
I have also been adding a ton of Apple Cider Vinegar into my life and last year I shared 17 Quick and easy ways to incorporate it into your life which you can read HERE

What I'm Reminiscing About...
In early October 2017 I traveled with one of my best friends for a week throughout New EnglandNew BrunswickPrince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia! It was a wonderful girls trip and we are in the midst of planning another trip. (We are looking for suggestions!??!) The trip was so fun and girly and anyone having suggestions for a similar idea- we would welcome them!!  If you would like, you can read all of the posts from the trip by clicking on the links below:

What I'm Loving...
Being back at camp.  This summer is going to bring quite a bit of change to my life and I am grateful to be at this place that is surrounded by so much beauty to have a place of peace and rest to pray and process.

What I've Been Up To...
Studying, studying, studying for teacher certification tests. Words fail at how grateful I am to be at this point in my healing journey to take the beginning steps to get back into the classroom. While it will take time and be a slow journey, tears of gratitude are a constant companion these days...along with lots of happily colored notes.

Last week we moved down to camp from my grandmother's house which is about an hour away. We have been working on cleaning, unpacking, and getting settled in. I have been also working on getting the craft room set up! I am excited to share with y'all the final room this year! (You can find the shop by clicking HERE!)

What I'm Dreading...
Nothing really.

What I'm Working on...
Lots of things with Lyme Disease awareness month! There are only two days left of this sale (TODAY AND TOMORROW!!) You can read more about the sale HERE and to go directly to the book sale you can click HERE

What I'm Excited About...
This summer.

What I'm Watching/Reading...
I shared at the beginning of April 10 inspiring books that I have read so far this year and I am about to do another post in the next week of an additional 10 books that have been so good! In the meantime if you are looking for some good books for the summer (including a sweet chick fiction book from a friend of mine- check the list out from April by clicking HERE!)

What I'm Listening To...
Hope Social Club came out with a new single and that has gotten me back into playing their music on repeat... all the time. Is it to much to say that I want their autograph??? Hahaha.

What I'm Wearing...
Lots and lots of pretty and girly summer clothing.... and looking for a new swimsuit... anyone have any great (and affordable!) suggestions?

I would love to know your answers to these questions friends! Share your thoughts below in the comments!!

 Happy Wednesday!

  1. I was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2005. I was given antibiotics, which seemed to help. However, I still suffer from some of the symptoms, such as chronic fatigue, joint pain, and even neurological problems in controlling hand and leg movements. The inability to walk right etc, are temporary and generally happen when I am really tired and have been working hard. I lost touch with reality.. Suspecting it was the medication I Went off the antibiotics (with the doctor’s knowledge) and started on Lyme disease natural herbal formula I ordered from Natural Herbal Gardens, December 18, 2017 after being on the herbs you recommended, i had a total recovery from Lyme disease with this natural herbal formula treatment. The chronic fatigue, joint pain has subsided. When I stumbled upon you guys, it was just pure instinct. And from that day on it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. The caring that goes into explaining what herbs work for whatever ails me is astounding. In today’s world where so many are after a quick buck, selling without care, Natural Herbal Garden’s staffs amplifies the difference. I’m a believer in karma, and for generations to come, this is a herbal store that will be leaving it’s footprint in this world. Visit NATURAL HERBAL GARDENS official web site www. naturalherbalgardens. com A world of thanks to The Natural Herbal Gardens!”
