Happy Friday and happy October friends! I hope that you have had a lovely and wonderful week and beginning of October!
Today is going to be a quick Friday Favorites post because I am getting ready to head on an exciting road trip with my mama to celebrate her one year anniversary from her complicated knee surgery! You can read more HERE!
It is hard to believe that it has been a year...we have celebrated along the way with celebrating days, weeks, months, quarters, and now a year. Words cannot describe how amazing my mom is. She has accomplished things noone will know or understand because of how effortless she makes walking look despite not being able to use one knee/leg properly.
She prepared months with of physical therapy prior to surgery and then continues to work so hard as her body literally learned how to transition to walking primarily on one leg with little support from the other. She has never once complained or made much of what she has accomplished. She is incredible.
There is so much more but she is AMAZING. Can't wait to celebrate her on our trip. Thank you friends for all of your prayers during an incredibly sacred year and all of your continued prayers. Thank you for celebrating with us as we embark on a new season before us.
