1. Identify Your Bad Habits
The first thing you must do is review your current lifestyle to identify any bad habits that could be negatively impacting your life. The bad behaviors could be as small as spending too much time in front of the TV, or as significant as living with a challenging drug or alcohol addiction. Once you have identified the bad behavior, you must look for the solution to the problem, such as entering a drug rehab program.

2. Develop a Routine for Success
