Happy Tuesday friends! I hope that you are having a wonderful week so far! Today I wanted to share my top 5 affordable cozy luxury travel items on sale on amazon!
After more than ten years blogging here about travel, I am always excited to find a few travel items that help with trips and that I use not only in my travels but throughout the year. These are truly 100% worth the investment (many are cheap and under $20!!). Here are my top five best travel things I purchased and will use throughout this year also!
1. Sleep Mask
If you have been around this blog for any amount of time then you know I have spoken about eye masks for all different occasions of travel, but this one is my new favorite! It is perfect if you are a side sleeper (which I am) and it is perfect if you are wanting to block out light without putting pressure on your eyes! 3. Delsey Luggage Chatelet- 21 Inch Carry On (Champagne)
I purchased this Carry On from Delsey in 2018 and nearly SIX years later I am still in love with the original one I purchased, it has held up AMAZINGLY and I still hands down recommend it to everyone as an investment piece. I am including it in this list today because I recently purchased this for a loved one and they absolutely LOVE it.

I have had many carry-on suitcases over the years but can't recommend this one enough. Back in 2017/2018 I had seen several bloggers that I follow recommend this luggage and was a bit shell-shocked at the price. Starting in 2014 I tried several other cheaper carry-on luggage options and was disappointed with each of them for various reasons and the fact that they would eventually fall apart after a year or two. Finally, I found this carry-on on sale on Amazon and purchased it.
Friends, save your money on the cheaper options and purchase this carry-on. It is worth every. single. penny. This is a carry-on that I have had for nearly six years (purchased in June of 2018) and plan to have it for MANY more years to come. It still looks brand new and I have been so impressed with the quality of it, the durability, and the way it cleans up so easily and looks brand new even though it is white. It holds tons of items and you will be amazed at all you are able to pack in it. (I traveled for more than 10 days on trips and it all fit!)
It is typically under $325 but is currently on sale for 25% off and is available for less than $240! NOW that is still a lot of money, but I purchased mine on sale and I paid about $250. I have had it for five years, almost six years. Even at 5 years it is like I paid only $50 a year (which is what I had been paying for the cheaper ones! Starting in year 6 it is like I only paid $42 a year. It is WORTH the investment. Trust me!

This is another product that I have mentioned before but recently just purchased a new one (after nearly 5 years!). It is so good that it is worth mentioning again in this post! I first read about this organizer years ago, but was a bit skeptical of how well it would work. I was also getting tired of needing to search my purse for items and feeling desperate to organize my purse- not just for the trip but in general. hahaha! And then once I got it and used it... I started talking about non-stop and telling everyone about. Just the other day I was telling two friends that they needed to get one! It is life-changing! Hahaha!

Y'all. This sound machine has been the answer to the lugging/packing/unpacking of a fan in many different places! Haha I am laughing as I remember the way that we even dragged a fan into the outback of Alaska and if only we had had this! haha!

It was a beautiful year of adventure and restorative travel and I am so excited to share with y'all the beautiful adventures coming in 2024!!

Hello, those of you who know me well, you are just smiling. If you know me you know that I love a big bag and summer is no exception. With the "long" trip down to the shore, you better believe that we are going to carry everything we need in one trip. Haha! And lets be real. That is just a justification because I just love bags and especially large ones. There are a couple that I think are so adorable and very affordable.

I have definitely mentioned this weed wacker so many times here on the blog and it is for good reason because it is lightweight, does an amazing job, and is currently 50% with the Amazon Prime Sale. Last year it became obvious that the pressure washer we used before my dad passed away was not something that I was going to be able to handle with the weight of our heavy heavy pressure washer. After talking to friends on Instagram several "home/garden influencers" recommended this pressure washer and it has been AMAZING. If we are connected here in community then you know that one of our favorite spots to spend the most time at the cottage is on our open aired porch, snuggled into our cozy chairs.

The problem is that with an open air porch... at night you can have lots of "woods friends" come and visit and we like to try to protect our chairs as much as possible. In addition to that if the weather is rainy and windy everything can get wet.
Over the last decade (since getting the chairs) we have had different covers- including individual ones. The problem honestly was that it took a lot of time to individually cover and then uncover each chair. So when our last individual covers died a couple of years ago we went searching for a better solution. We found THIS one (seen in the picture above) that has been fantastic! It is SO simple to "lock the cover down" under the chair with the elastic on four corners, it is lightweight, easy to clean, and is thick enough that even when we had a major thunderstorm and windstorm a couple of weeks ago everything stayed dry underneath. I can't recommend this enough!

Yes, I know. I mention these sunglasses all the time. But y'all they are seriously fantastic. These TKEES Sandals... I wear them all the time y'all. I have worn them during the summer and I even wore them teaching many days.
