Back in 2013, shortly after I was diagnosed with Advanced Late Stage Lyme and Skin Cancer (among a host of other health issues), I spent several weeks out at a Health Clinic as part of my treatment. I had hoped (not understanding or knowing the severity of my illnesses) that it would be the answer for my health issues. While it wasn't, it was a life-saving time (literally) and where I began the journey of being able to walk and eat again.
While I was there I was introduced to several things that I have continued to incorporate to this day, one of them being Cod Liver Oil. When the doctor first mentioned taking it each day I looked at her with skepticism as I thought she must not have tried the "wonderful" taste of it. At the time she laughed and admitted that this was something that she had been recommending her patients do for years, but had only started taking herself recently. I was skeptical until she started sharing all of the health benefits from adding this quick and simple habit into my life.
I will warn you that the Cod Liver Oil truly does not taste good. There are some brands that offer "taste enhancers" but in my opinion nothing truly masks the taste of Cod Liver Oil! I have found that having a small glass of cranberry juice to sip on immediately after is the only thing that truly kills the taste. I would also recommend working up to the amount you will take slowly. This will help with adjusting to the taste and also provide your body the opportunity to get into the habit of taking it regularly.
The brand that I have found to be the best after lots of research is the Carlson's brand (you can find it on Amazon by clicking HERE!
Cod Liver Oil has been used for over a hundred years. There are recorded notes of Cod Liver Oil being given as early as the 1890s to malnourished children and adults with arthritis!
Here are just 13 amazing benefits of Cod Liver Oil:
1. The anti-inflammatory properties of Cod Liver Oil can help reduce some of the swelling that is known to cause arthritis pain.
2. Cod Liver Oil can help those with high cholesterol and heart disease.
3. Cod Liver Oil has been known to help relieve migraine headaches.
4. Cod Liver Oil has been known to fight inflammation.
5. Cod Liver Oil has been known to help regulate the immune system.
6. Some studies have suggested that Cod Liver Oil inhibits cancer cells!
7. Along the same lines as number 6, Dr. Patrick Quillin who holds a PhD, an RD, and a CNS degree and who wrote the book "Beating Cancer with Nutrition" said: "Fish oil is therapeutic and can slow cancer."
8. Cod Liver Oil has lots of omega-3 fatty acids that are important to the body!
9. Cod Liver Oil contains excellent amounts of EPA and DHA which are important omega-3 fatty acids.
10. Cod Liver Oil contains high levels of Vitamin A.
11. Cod Liver Oil may improve seasonal allergies.
12. Cod Liver Oil helps support healthy eyes.
13. Cod Liver Oil may help depression.
With all of those benefits one small swallow and a little bad taste don't seem that important!

I am so curious- do you take Cod Liver Oil? What health benefits do you find from it?
Happy Thursday friends! I can't believe that it has been years since I wrote a Thursday Health Thoughts Post on the Benefits of Dry Brushing. (You can find the post by clicking HERE if you would like to read more about the amazing health benefits of this important and simple wellness trick!) In the last seven years I continue to receive questions on the best way to dry brush so today I wanted to share a very simple Step-By-Step Guide to Dry Brushing.
To get started follow these simple steps and spend less than 5 minutes a day getting amazing health benefits!
1. Purchase a natural bristle brush
This Popchose dry brush is my absolute favorite. They also have a long handled brush option (HERE) which is fantastic! One of the things that I love about this brush is that it has a long handle so that all parts of my body are easy to reach. Y'all know I travel a lot for work so I also love that the handle can detatch to make it easier to pack!
For less than $7 (for one) you will definitely get your money's worth and it can be found on Amazon HERE! Depending on how often you use your brush (I try to dry brush twice a day) you should change out your brush every 3-4 months to continue to reap the most health benefits.

2. To begin to stand in the bathtub (to catch the falling skin)
3. Begin by brushing at your feet and moving in long and circular motions towards your heart
It is important to always brush toward your heart - not away from it!
4. Brush several times over each area, gently overlapping as you go
5. Be gentle- especially at the beginning
The feel of dry brushing can be a little strange to get used to, especially if you have sensitive skin like I do. Take your time, be gentle and I promise that in a few weeks you will not even notice anything but your extra soft skin!
6. Dry Brush at least once a day
For increased health benefits I dry brush twice a day, but make sure you dry brush at least once a day!
7. Create a Dry Brushing Routine
My routine is pretty simple but I like to dry brush first thing in the morning before I go for my walk or exercise. I decided to do this because as I researched I found that this helps to increase the release of toxins. After I come back I jump in the shower and I like to alternate between hot and cold water to get my lymphatic system even more. In the evening I like to dry brush before bed to help continue to detox out the toxins from the day. Pick a routine that works well for you and within a short amount of time you will start to notice the amazing health benefits that come with adding this simple wellness tip into your life!
If you are a visual person like myself, here is a simple picture to help you with dry brush directions:
Do you dry brush? Have you experienced the benefits that I mentioned in my post from years ago? I hope you have a wonderful Thursday y'all!

I first heard of ginger from my acupuncturist about a decade ago. I started using ginger (specifically for nausea during times when I would travel) but didn't know all of the amazing health benefits of consuming ginger until I did additional research back in 2017. Y'all I was so amazed at the health benefits that come with consuming ginger and hope that it will inspire you to add this to your daily life!
I have mentioned this in several posts but I swear by THIS ginger here. It is organic and for less than $13 you can save yourself a whole lot of sickness!
So what are all of the health benefits that ginger has? Check out these 15 amazing benefits:

As I mentioned above one of the things that I have long used ginger for is to help prevent motion sickness. There was a study done several years ago that showed that ginger was as effective (but without all of the side effects) as Dramamine! [It should be noted that many times it takes a "build up" process with ginger so if you are going to travel I would suggest using ginger for several weeks ahead of time and in addition to the time during your travel.]
3. Ginger helps reduce nausea and vomiting from chemotherapy.

One of my favorite things to eat are blackberries. Those of you who know me well know that this is one of my favorite foods and I use blackberries daily in my smoothies and as a frequent snack. As I was researching about blackberries, I was amazed at the incredible studies that have been done on the power of this little fruit that packs such an important health punch. Today I am so excited to share with y'all 15 Amazing Benefits of Eating Blackberries:
1. May Help Prevent and Slow the Growth of Cancer
Blackberries are known for their ability to work as a cancer-fighting food due to the rich antioxidants that are found in the fruit. Blackberries contain plyphenois, which is a class of antioxidants known for their cancer-fighting abilities. A study completed in 2004 showed that the extract from fresh blackberry was found to exhibit tumor-preventive effects on a line of human lung cell Cancer. A study completed in 2006 at UCLA investigated the successful effects of six different berry, including the blackberry, on the growth of prostate, oral, colon, and breast cancers. In this study they found that each of the berry extracts prohibited Cancer growth to some degree, and more research studies have been ordered to continue to see the impact that these berries have on treating cancer.
While the causes of cancer and all chronic and terminal illnesses are complex and are unique to each individual, the mutation of DNA and healthy cells in particular is what leads to the growth of different diseases, so eating as much antioxidant rich foods as possible, such as blackberries, helps to suppress the mutation. In addition this helps the immune system and the body as a whole.

2. Excellent Source of Vitamin K
One serving of blackberries has over a third of the daily recommended value of Vitamin K. Vitamin K is beneficial for the strength of our bodies, and also is known to play a part in helping prevent and fight prostate, colon, stomach, nasal, oral, and liver cancers.
In addition to this Vitamin K helps to promote healthy blood clotting in the body.

3. Defense Against Endothelial Dysfunction
Endothelial Dysfunction is characterized by the abnormal functioning of inner lining of our blood vessels. In scientific studies that have been performed blackberries have shown to provide protection against endothelial dysfunction.
4. Helps Protect and Maintain Your Heart
According to a group of researchers from Policlinico Universitario in Italy, a study done in 2003 showed that the antioxidant activity of blackberry juice on vascular tissue damaged can be helped by the compound anthocyanins which is found in blackberries. It was found that the specific properties within blackberries helped protect your cardiovascular system.
5. Low Sodium Food
Looking to watch your salt intake? Blackberries are a very low sodium food that delivers lots of vitamins.
6. Helps You Look Younger
Studies show that consumption of blackberries helps to promote healthy tightening of tissues in your body, which is a great non-surgical procedure to make skin look younger.
7. Improves Brain, Cognitive, and Motor Function
"Nutritional Neuroscience", a medical journal claims that blackberries can help you maintain motor and cognitive skills as you grow older. The study showed that berries improved not only balance, but improved coordination over a period of time.
One of the reasons for this is the high levels of manganese that is found in blackberries. Manganese is vital to proper brain functioning and is found in the synapses of your brain. In a recent study that has been done it was shown that a manganese deficiency is linked to brain conditions like epilepsy.

8. Helps to Lower Inflammation and Intestinal Discomfort
Blackberries are a food that you should consume regularly if you are looking to help your body reduce chronic inflammation. Blackberries naturally cause a reduction in inflammation and allow your body's processes to happen as they should.
In addition to this the high tannin content in blackberries helps to reduce intestinal inflammation, alleviate hemorrhoids and even help soothe the effects of diarrhea.

9. Protects against Stomach Ulcers
One study found an 88 percent reduction in the stomach ulcers of patients who were given ellagitannins (a type of antioxidant) that is found in blackberries. Researchers concluded that this was due to the reduced inflammation of the lining of the stomach, as well as a drop in the oxidative stress that is known to be partially responsible for ulcers.
10. Helps Strengthen the Immune System
11. Helpful for Weight Loss
Blackberries are very low in sugar and help to assist healthy weight management. The fiber content in blackberries also helps to clean the bowels, which helps to remove toxins. In addition to this, blackberries are high in fiber but very low in calories, which makes them an excellent snack.
12. Beneficial for Oral Health
According to a study completed at Oregon State University, blackberries contain gallic acid, ellagic acid, and rutin which are compounds that may have antiviral and antibacterial properties. Two additional studies done at the University of Kentucky and the University of North Carolina specifically studied the effects of blackberry extract on antibacterial properties on oral health. After testing nearly a dozen different kinds of bacteria, they concluded that blackberries had a unique ability to keep pathogens.
13. Helps to Regulate Menstrual Health
If you struggle with PMS, one solution may be to introduce more blackberries into your diet. Vitamin K (as mentioned above) may help those with excessive bleeding and also is known to help regulate hormone function in the body. In addition to this the high levels of manganese and calcium (both found in blackberries) may help to alleviate mental and physical PMS symptoms.
14. Helps Maintain Healthy Eyesight
Blackberries contain Lutein which is a protective pigment that is in the area behind the retina. Consumption of blackberries may help to enhance vision and also protect your eyesight from various eye diseases.

15. Helps Maintain Beautiful Skin
Because blackberries contain so many "skin friendly" vitamins, blackberries help to maintain beautiful looking skin and even helps prevent the skin from wrinkling. In addition to this studies have shown that the Vitamin C that is present in blackberries is also responsible for the formation and strengthening of collagen structure which helps to keep the skin toned and tightened.

Today I am so excited to share 10 of the most affordable and helpful supplements that I used to take (and some I still take) for helping to heal my adrenal glands in hopes that it may help other Lymies who are fighting for their health and looking for the most affordable products. I first shared this post in 2020 and have since updated it as I continue to learn more and more!
As most Lymies know, dealing with fatigue is a serious symptom that most of us deal with on a daily basis. The adrenal glands play a huge part in the healing journey of any patient and the stress that happens to their body. There is a debate in Lyme world about which came first (the Lyme destabilizing the adrenal glands or the adrenal glands being under stress and weakened so that the immune system could not fight Lyme Disease - (source)), but either way this is a part of the journey. It is also a significant thing to consider, especially for those who are not seeing healing results in ways that they had hoped or wanted.
“Dr. Gerald Poesnecker, a naturopathic physician who specialized in adrenal fatigue and who treated patients with this condition for many, many years, believed that if a person’s adrenal fatigue were severe enough, then the body wouldn’t mount an immune response to any treatments that were given it...he writes, ‘the bodies of patients with a low adrenal adaptive ability have lost much of their ability to create the needed reaction to produce a cure. On the contrary, when the body is not able to use the energy of these therapies constructively, they actually tend to produce a worsening of the underlying condition because, to the body, they become a stress and not a cure…” (source)
With this concept and many other doctors mentioning how important it is to heal the adrenals alongside healing Lyme comes a tricky concept that many people have tried to master throughout there journeys. It is a tricky endeavor, mostly because like everything with Lyme each patient is different.
As a quick background, my adrenal glands tested into the adrenal failure range at one point in this journey (a common issue for many Lyme patients) and needed medical intervention. At the same time my medical team helped me to nutritionally (through my diet) and supplementally (through a variety of supplements listed below and others that are not listed) support and start the SLOW and LONG process of healing them. As I mentioned above many of these products I continue to use as I continue to repair this area of my body from the fight from Lyme. It is a long road to repair the adrenals and it is something that needs to be considered as such. Don't be discouraged if you don't see results right away. They will come!
Due to my specific issues with Lyme there are many times that a variety of different companies have the same product but I have to use a quality rich supplement from a specific company due to manufacturing. I hope that these help! Here in no particular order are 10 of my tops supplements that I used to use or still use everyday:
1. HAD Adrenal Drops
"HAD Adrenal Drops is a unique homeopathic organotherapy preparation synergistically formulated to restore and support normal adrenal and endocrine functions. Insufficient adrenal function can result in deficient muscular metabolism, lowered resistance to infections, and reproductive and endocrine dysfunctions. HAD Adrenal Drops is indicated for symptoms associated with adrenal disorders, including stress, fatigue, insomnia and adrenal atrophy; and for allergies, hypoglycemia, chronic infections, inflammation and mineralization disorders."
I listed this one first because this is a product that I have used and continue to use and have felt the most difference with. For those who are extremely sensitive to new products (like I was for a very long time) my doctor started me putting a drop on my skin every day and we worked up to the recommended drops before starting this internally.
Many doctors offices carry this product or you can find it on the Internet. It sometimes is available on Amazon but currently it is out of stock so I have found it the cheapest at on Pure Formulas website for $20.30 HERE.
Vitamin B5, or commonly known as Pantothenic Acid is a an important part of healing your adrenal glands as it helps to produce co-enzyme A. Co-enzyme A contributes to cellular respiration and also helps in the breakdown of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates.
Over the years I have tried a variety of different Pantothenic Acid brands but consistently return to NOW's formula for the quality and also the price. You can find it for less than $13 on Amazon by clicking HERE.
Vitamin B6, is a an important part of restoring your adrenal glands as helps the functions of several pathways that are used to create adrenal hormones.
Over the years I have tried a variety of different Vitamin B6 brands but consistently return to NOW's formula for the quality and also the price. You can find it for less than $7 (for a months supply!!) on Amazon by clicking HERE.
Vitamin D plays an important part in healing your adrenal glands. This is a more "newer" concept but there are so many studies that are being done that show the link between low vitamin d levels and fatigue and adrenal issues. This Biotech product, of D3-50 is one of my favorite formulas that I have found to be very beneficial. You can find it on Amazon HERE.
Lots of times we think of Vitamin C as being a powerful and important antioxidant but it also helps the adrenal glands! Vitamin C is directly involved in the production of cortisol in your adrenal glands and is an essential building block in restoring and healing your adrenal glands.
I have tried a variety of Vitamin C products over the years, but this is the one from Solaray that has best fit my needs. You can find it for less than $15 on Amazon by clicking HERE.
A word of encouragement for those who struggle with taking Vitamin C orally as I know some Lyme patients do. Consult a qualified physician for this. Despite doing high-dose Vitamin C therapy as part of my healing process from Lyme and continue to receive Vitamin C in my weekly Myers Cocktail IVs, I for a LONG LONG time couldn't take vitamin c orally. It was just one of those weird and strange things with Lyme and the way that Mast Cell had affected my body. I heard this from tons of Lymies - so if you think you are alone- you are not. It took me a while, but with the help of my medical team, I have started (under a doctors care!) to add this back in orally and this is the product that I have found the most helpful. It is a non-acidic formula which is helpful as my gut continues to heal. As I mentioned above, you can find it for less than $15 on Amazon by clicking HERE.
6. Magnesium
Similar to #5, with Vitamin C, magnesium is not a supplement that we often consider important in the role of adrenal glands, but it is! Studies have shown that more than 75% of people are deficient in magnesium which is a HUGE issue for those struggling with adrenal fatigue and failure. Sadly, a lack of appropriate magnesium levels can result in fatigue symptoms. There are all different types of magnesium forms so you will want to consult with a doctor and research what is best for your specific case. Listed below are a few of the magnesium products that I have found to be the most helpful:
Boiron Homeopathic Medicine Magnesia Phosphorica
I started using this supplement this past summer and after several months I was amazed at how much it has helped my gut. For those that struggle with IBS, abdominal cramps, stomach cramps, etc. that is helped by placing a heating pad on the area this is a great little supplement to have.
For those who are extremely sensitive patients like myself, homeopathic options are a great way to go sometimes and this is a key example. For this I definitely recommend giving it several months before you expect to see a major difference. I noticed some result and help from it quickly but after several months I noticed huge results.
You can purchase Boiron Homeopathic Medicine Magnesia Phosphorica lots of places (including your local health store) but I found it for a couple of dollars cheaper on Amazon HERE. After trying it for 6 months and seeing the beneficial difference of continuously taking it daily I found it was cheapest to purchase a pack of 5 which can be found HERE.

This is one of my favorite products, although as a disclaimer, it is also one of the more expensive supplements that I use. But it is fantastic and I find it the cheapest on Amazon. You can find it HERE.
Magnesium Oil (Magnesium Chloride)
This magnesium oil is probably been one of my most favorite products in my journey with regaining my health. I have used it for pain, but also daily use it for the benefits of adrenal rebuilding. My favorite brand is definitely this Swanson brand - it is wonderful and a bottle will last me for almost 6 months! You can find it on amazon HERE.
Magnesium Malate is a product that was recommended to me by my acupuncturist about two years ago. Unfortunately with the introduction of new treatment rounds, meds, supplements, etc. I haven't been able to try it but it is next up in the rounds for this summer. I am really excited about this product as I have been reading a ton and discussing with medical professionals the benefits of the malate form of magnesium specifically. Interestingly, "Dr.Jay Goldstein, U.S. director of the CFS Institute, has endorsed the use of malic acid as a "valid therapeutic approach" for patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome".
One of the things that I have read is that it takes at least two months to notice any difference with this magnesium so I am excited to share my findings at the end of the summer! The integrative therapeutics brand is the one that a few family members and friends have used and was recommended to me and is what I have purchased to use. You can find it HERE on Amazon.
7. Licorice
Licorice is a key component for Lyme Disease patients for a number of different things, including a helpful supplement for the gut, but Licorice also has additional health benefits beyond the gut as it is beneficial for the liver, helps to lower cholesterol levels, helps lessen the pain and fatigue of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, and can even help with PMS symptoms. One significant thing that licorice does is that it helps your cortisol circulate for longer!
With all of these benefits, Licorice was a top contender and supplement for me and yet it took a long time for me to find the right company. Unfortunately lots of licorice supplements have added ingredients, which may work for some people, but for a patient like me who is extremely fragile, I needed a supplement that was purely Licorice. After researching I found the Nature's Plus version and it has been a perfect fit for me.
For all that Licorice does, this is one of the more affordable supplements that I used to take. At this current moment I am not taking it anymore but plan to add it back in to the regime in the future. I love when a supplement is helpful and healing for my gut, but also helps my body in other areas! On Amazon it retails for under $11. You can find it on Amazon by clicking HERE.
CoQ10 is important to the overall function of our body as it is used to produce energy for growing and maintaining our cells. Studies have shows that it can also help to increase endurance. My favorite brand of CoQ10 is the one by Researched Nutritionals above. Unfortunately you will have to have a doctors code to order this and give you a code but I would definitely recommend exploring this as this supplement is phenomenal. Beyond helping with energy, I attribute the fact that I don't suffer as much from pain as other people do from Fibro or Lyme issues to this supplement alone. It took a while to see a difference but it is a "must have" for me. You can find it HERE.
If you can't get a doctors code or help with Researched Nutritionals, than this CoQ10 on Amazon is what I would recommend as the back up plan.
This supplement is used for a variety of different things but it does help to move the fatty acids into the mitochondria where we need them to help produce energy. It is also helpful for boosting metabolism and increasing energy levels.

10. Omega 3's
Many people are deficient in omega-3 fatty acids and this can lead to increased inflammation, which requires an increase in cortisol production to manage. (It definitely is a circle that is completely connected!) Taking a quality omega 3 supplement can help to reduce the inflammation that is throughout your body and in turn help to relieve the taxation on your adrenals.
There are so many different brands and kinds of Omega 3 products, but my favorite and the one that I use is the ultimate omega by Nordic Naturals. I would definitely consult with a physician about what kind would be the most helpful for your particular case, and Nordic Naturals offers a variety of different products. You can find the product above (and other Nordic Naturals products) on Amazon by clicking HERE.
Some Additional Helpful Information:
This book, Adrenal Fatigue, by James Wilson, is one of the best resources that I would definitely recommend. Even if you are not dealing with Lyme it is a fantastic resource and one that I have in my library and have referred back to many times. You can find it on Amazon HERE.
There have been studies done over the years that show the importance and the benefits to the adrenal glands with using Himalayan salt. The above brand is the one that I have been using for years. You can find it on Amazon by clicking HERE.
I hope that this product list is helpful for those of you struggling with Lyme Disease or those who are interested in healing your adrenal glands! Let me know if you have any questions!

1. Drink 1-2 tablespoons mixed in water everyday.
Everyday I add Apple Cider Vinegar to one of my Smartwater bottles that I drink. The taste is pretty strong so I started off slowly (starting at 1/2 teaspoon) and now drink it this way everyday.
2. Use Apple Cider Vinegar on Your Hair
There are a number of different ways that this will help your hair including brightening it and making it more shiny and it can even help to remove dandruff if you struggle with this. Just mix up about 1/4 of a cup of apple cider vinegar with 1/4 of a cup of water and spray onto your hair before you shampoo. Leave on for about 15 minutes and then wash your hair like you normally do. Try and use at least once per week and you will love the results!
3. Use to Get Rid of Bad Breath
Do you struggle with bad breath? Mix 1/8 of a cup of Apple Cider Vinegar in a cup of water and gargle to help!
4. Use as a salad Dressing
Here is a simple salad dressing that you can make to add some more health benefits to your salads:
Mix together 3/4 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
5. Use as a Facial Toner
6. Use in a Detox Bath

7. Prevent Cats from Clawing/Biting & Remove Cat Urine Smell
As I have mentioned in a previous Thursday Health Thought post, there are many benefits to owning pets, but cats can sometimes claw or bite things you don't want them to. Simply put some Apple Cider Vinegar on a cotton ball and gently wipe down the area that you are trying to prevent your cat from clawing or biting. The smell will help distract and deter them! You can also add this to the laundry if your cat has an accident. It will help to eliminate the smell!
8. Help Sooth a Sore Throat
9. Eliminate Foot Odor
Do you struggle with embarrassing foot odor? Poor 1 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar over a paper towel (or a baby wipe) and soak this concoction overnight in the refrigerator. Simply store in a zip-lock bag to use as needed. Simply wipe down your feet (or your shoes) as needed. Don't worry about the smell- it will evaporate as the vinegar dries.
10. Fight Yeast Infections
Simply add 1 & 1/2 cup to a bathtub and soak for at least 20 minutes to help fight a yeast infection.
11. Brightens Teeth
Apple Cider Vinegar can help whiten your teeth. The vinegar will help to remove stains and fight bacteria. Simply use the gargling recipe in #3 for this benefit! (Relating to this: Did you see my recent post from last month on how to disinfect your toothbrush? Check it out HERE if you missed it!)
12. Balance Your Digestive System
Drink Apple Cider Vinegar (in a water solution) before your meals to help balance your digestive system.
13. Smooth Your Skin
Apple Cider Vinegar is wonderful for your skin. Simply apply a washcloth soaked in a diluted solution of Apple Cider Vinegar to your face to help smooth your skin or try putting Apple Cider Vinegar directly on spots of acne, pimples, or scars to reduce their appearance.
14. Heal a Sunburn
Soak in a bath with Apple Cider Vinegar or apply to the burn infected area. (Note: This does sting a little when first applied, but will help after wards!)
15. Use as a Marinade on Veggies or Meat
16. Add to your Morning Smoothie
Don't forget to take into account things I mentioned in #1 as the taste is very strong!
17. Use to Help Ease Leg Cramps
Use a diluted mixture of Apple Cider Vinegar and water and apply directly to Legs to help ease cramping muscles.
THIS is the apple cider vinegar that I recommend and personally use! You can find it on Amazon by clicking HERE!
