i dream of more time

caravan sonnet
Watch the reel HERE!

If you are that person you are reading this for a reason. For this time and for this season. What is your dream?

This is me. I dream of having more time with my tribe, with those that I love the most, bringing in more financial stability and hope-fiving income for the ability to be wildly generous with those that are hurting and struggling around me. I know what it is like to be in a desperate financial situation and have been the recipient of extravagant love in so many ways that I desire to give back beyond what is believed to be possible. Some are ways that I have publicly shared in this space and on the blog and some are hidden secrets that are for the future. As I continued to pray I kept holding on to the hope that God would not only provide but guide for ways to bring in passive income through digital entrepreneurship to create this.

And when I came across the $7 high ticket affiliate marketing course and the Roadmap to Riches Digital Marketing Course (both of which can be purchased from me in my stan store). As a teacher and a lover of education, I took the education that BOTH programs offered and started applying it to my life. I valued each piece of education as an opportunity to LEARN and apply to my life- NOT just to resell a course, but to apply these courses to my life.

This priceless education taught me that anything is possible when you take the time to truly learn.

You CAN do this.

It doesn’t need to cost thousands of dollars to learn this. In fact for the total cost of $504 you have LIFETIME access to all the information (which can be split into a payment plan!). It doesn’t require you to be in a certain niche or group or age.

This is for ANYONE who is willing to learn and apply this education to your life. And this is PERFECT for teachers or those who are looking for passive income streams into their lives. And the investment of $504? Not only did it come back to me MULTIPLE times not just through selling the course- BUT more importantly through my own digital products that I have created and sold - and continue to build and sell!

If this is YOU then simply comment “teach me” or email me (caravansonnet@gmail.com) and I will send you a FREE guide on how you can start today! Ready to start NOW? Head to my Stan store HERE!

taking your automotive obsession to the next level: from part-time hobby to full-time career

Ever met someone so into cars they can hear a model year just by the purr of the engine? Well, if that kind of automotive obsession feels more like a calling than a casual hobby, it might just be time to kick things into high gear and turn that passion into a paycheck. Here’s the ultimate roadmap for shifting from weekend warrior to full-time automotive enthusiast.

#1. Identify Your Niche

The automotive universe is as vast as the options on a luxury SUV - you’ve got everything from the artistry of design to the nitty-gritty of repairs. Finding one’s niche is like picking the right car out of a lineup; it has to fit just right. Whether someone’s always sketching cars during lunch breaks or tuning engines like a caffeinated mechanic, there’s a spot in the industry with their name on it. And with the rise of electric cars zipping around, there’s even room for the tech-savvy environmentalist looking to make a green impact.

#2. Education And Certification

Sure, tinkering in the garage has its perks, but formal education? That’s like the turbocharger to a career in the automotive field. Technical schools and community colleges offer programs in automotive technology that cover everything from the strange noise mysteries to why that darn check engine light won’t turn off. In addition, ASE certifications are the gold standard for automotive success—they’re a way of showcasing that your business is professional and certified in the repair and service industry.

#3. Apprenticeship And Experience

Nothing beats getting hands-on experience, especially if it’s under the wing of someone who could possibly diagnose and repair a car with their eyes closed. Apprenticeships are like a master class in all things vehicle-related, plus it’s a golden ticket for networking. After all, in the car biz, rubbing elbows with the right people can be just as crucial as knowing exactly how an engine turns.

#4. Embrace Entrepreneurship

Ever dreamed of being the boss? Well, starting an automotive business could be the answer. Whether it’s opening a boutique repair shop, launching a car customization empire, or starting an automotive blog that could give Car and Driver a run for its money, entrepreneurship is the express lane to career fulfillment. Just remember, while the road may be bumpy, the sense of accomplishment is worth every pothole. Imagine the thrill of a mobile automotive service - showing up and fixing cars on the spot. Now that sounds like something many people would opt in for. It’s a unique twist in a crowded marketplace and could be the next big thing for your auto repair business.

#5. Incorporate Advanced Technologies

The car world is zooming into the future at full speed, and keeping up means embracing tech like a long-lost love. Whether it’s wielding the latest diagnostic tools like a pro or 3D printing custom parts as if they’re coming out of a futuristic sci-fi movie, tech can set you apart from the pack. And by using tech, imagine the edge a business could have by using a system that ensures every vehicle in a fleet operates at peak efficiency with the help of a preventative maintenance checklist for fleets. This isn’t just about fixing problems after they occur; it’s about preventing them in the first place, saving time and money while keeping the wheels of commerce smoothly rolling.

#6. Invest In Sustainability

As the world becomes more eco-conscious, the automotive industry is shifting gears towards sustainability. This doesn’t just mean working on electric vehicles; it involves adopting eco-friendly practices in all aspects of the business. From using environmentally safe products in your shop to recycling parts and materials, showing that you’re invested in the planet’s health can set you apart. Moreover, educating your clients on the benefits of sustainability and how they can make eco-friendly choices with their vehicles adds immense value to your services. It positions you not just as a service provider but as a forward-thinking leader in the automotive community, ready to steer the industry towards a greener future.

#7. Continuous Learning And Adaptation

In the ever-evolving automotive industry, standing still is like going backward. Staying on top of the latest trends, materials, and technologies is non-negotiable. It’s all about being a student for life, whether that means hitting the books again, attending workshops, or binge-watching educational YouTube channels. And just like any good mechanic knows, the right tool can make all the difference, so keeping your toolbox updated with new skills is essential.

#8. Networking And Community Involvement

The automotive world thrives on connections and community like a classic car show on a sunny Saturday. Mingling with fellow car enthusiasts can open doors to opportunities that were hidden under the hood. Participating in forums, attending shows, and sharing knowledge freely can turn a solitary hobby into a thriving career network. It’s all about who you know, and sometimes, who knows you, so don’t be shy—your next big break might be just one conversation away.

#9. Marketing Your Skills

In today’s digital age, not marketing oneself is like driving with the handbrake on—sure, the engine will be revving, but you won’t be going anywhere fast. A good online presence can help attract customers and set you apart from the competition. Think of it as getting a custom paint job in the professional world - it gets you noticed. From flashy websites to social media accounts that showcase projects and expertise, it’s all about putting your best foot forward.

#10. Diversify Your Offerings

Putting all of your eggs in one automotive basket? Risky business. Diversifying services is like having an all-wheel-drive system; it keeps things moving smoothly, even when the market gets slippery. From offering restoration services to teaching car care workshops, there are countless ways to expand a business and keep the cash flow steady. Embracing versatility not only strengthens your business model but also keeps your daily work exciting and unpredictable.

#11. Foster A Culture Of Safety

In an industry that’s inherently associated with speed and power, emphasizing safety can make a significant impact. This includes not only ensuring that vehicles are safe to drive but also fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes safety above all. Implementing rigorous safety standards and training for staff not only minimizes the risk of accidents but also demonstrates a commitment to professionalism and care. Moreover, organizing community events or workshops focused on automotive safety can reinforce your reputation as a responsible and community-oriented business. It’s a way of showing that your passion for cars extends beyond performance and aesthetics to include the well-being of your clients and their families.

#12. Prioritize Customer Service

Last but not least, in the world of cars and careers, reputation is the engine that keeps everything running. Stellar customer service can transform a one-time visitor into a lifelong client. It’s about more than just fixing cars; it’s about building trust, being transparent, and sometimes, just lending an ear to someone who loves talking about their ride as much as you do. After all, a happy customer is the best kind of marketing, turning clients into passionate ambassadors for your brand.

Conclusion

Switching lanes from a part-time car enthusiast to a full-time career in the automotive industry isn’t just about shifting gears; it’s about driving with purpose, passion, and a bit of panache. It’s for those who dream of engines at night and see cars not just as machines, but as canvases for creativity and innovation. With the right mix of education, experience, and entrepreneurial spirit, anyone can transform their automotive obsession into a rewarding career. Just remember, the road to success is always under construction, so enjoy the ride, bumps and all.

Top Tips for Being a Good Parent

March 5, 2024

Being a parent is tough. Many parents will struggle with feeling that they are not good enough, or not doing enough to support their children. Unfortunately, there is no rule book on being a parent, nor is there one correct way to raise children. However, there are plenty of things that you can do to be a better parent. First, you need to stay open to learning. Learn about yourself, your children, and all of your needs. This is one of the best things that you can do as a parent, as it will help you to create a solid foundation of growth and understanding, and build a great relationship between you and your children. You should also make time for yourself, create a support network, encourage your children to be curious and creative, and more. To help you on your parenting journey, here are some top tips to help you.

Make time for yourself

To be a good parent, you should make time for yourself. While this sounds counterintuitive to many people, it is actually a vital component of bettering your parenting skills. Firstly, taking time and space in any situation is a healthy thing to do, as it gives you room to breathe, time to do the things you enjoy, and space to reflect on your life, thoughts, and behaviors. This will help make you a better person, and in turn, a better parent. You should also take time to look after your mental health and physical well-being. When you are feeling good, you will reflect this on your parenting.

Create a support network

A support network is really important when you are a parent. You are not expected to know everything all at once. There are going to be things that you learn as you go, and there are going to be things other parents learn along the way too. A great thing to do is get together, create a support network, and share your lessons. You can find mom support groups that already exist online or in your local area, or you can get together with friends and colleagues who also have kids. Not only can you share experiences and lessons, but it is also great to talk with people who understand what you are going through and get things off your chest.

Encourage your children to be curious and creative

In modern society, technology and social media take over children’s lives very early on. While this cannot be helped, it is important to ensure that you encourage your children to stay curious and be creative. Engage with your children regularly, and try to encourage them to play games, use their imagination to create stories, get involved with arts and crafts, play outside in nature, and more. Encourage your children as they grow up to have an open mind, ask questions, and be curious about the world. This will help your children to grow and develop, and better navigate school.

Being a good parent is easy when you are yourself and want the best for your children. Make sure you encourage them to be themselves and make sure you look after yourself in the process. When you do, you will be the best parent you can be.
